About the venue

Not Bad Loft at Griboedov 3 is an intimate 85-square-meter space with a view of the canal. The interior is designer but unpretentious: large windows, sofas, a bar counter and a stage create an atmosphere where champagne and business coffee are equally at home. The ceilings are 3.3 meters, so it feels airy even when there are many guests.

The venue is divided into zones: the main hall, a lounge with sofas and an area by the bar counter. A banquet seats up to 50 people comfortably, a buffet up to 80. There is a flipchart for the business part, lighting for photo and video, a microwave and a refrigerator. You can make noise even after 23:00 — the neighbors won't mind.

A wide variety of formats suit the venue: corporate event, conference, party, birthday. Catering is provided by the venue, but you can bring your own — including alcohol, with a bartender on site. They also take on turnkey organization. The entrance is separate, parking is nearby, and best of all, no one rushes you through the final toast.
