About the venue

The space on the Obvodny Canal is a 155-square-meter loft venue where everything is designed for events without unnecessary fuss. The interior is restrained and stylish: vintage velvet armchairs, a classic-style fireplace, a lounge zone, a stage and a bar counter. Adjustable hall lighting changes the mood from business to festive, and two screens easily turn into a party backdrop or a projection of the program.

The hall holds up to 90 guests, with banquet seating for up to 50 people. There is a separate zone for a conference format, a stage, karaoke and concert lighting. The equipment includes air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, professional sound and lighting, tableware and furniture, including three-meter sofas and Chiavari chairs. Turnkey organization is available.

The venue is great for corporate parties, banquets, conferences and parties. The in-house kitchen lets you cook yourselves, bring in a caterer or bring your own alcohol; a bar with a bartender also operates, with a corkage fee. You can make noise after 23:00, the entrance is convenient for guests and the team, and the privacy ensures no outsiders.
