About the venue

Loft Port is a 160-square-meter hall with panoramic windows and high 4.2-meter ceilings, located on the Sevkabel Port grounds. The space is designed in an industrial style with sofas, a bar counter and large windows offering an impressive view. The atmosphere is free and relaxed, inviting informal conversation and celebration.

The main hall easily transforms for different tasks: banquet seating comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests, and for a reception or party the capacity reaches 90 people. The equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator, and there is a separate bar area. Karaoke is available for entertainment, and for business meetings — everything needed for presentations and trainings.

The venue is perfect for corporate events, conferences, banquets and parties. You can make noise after 23:00 without worrying about neighbors, and the entrance allows you to organize the event with convenient logistics for guests. There are flexible catering options: order catering, cook yourselves in the mini-kitchen, or bring your own food and alcohol — there is no corkage fee. Parking is available on site for drivers.
