LOFT HALL #7 — Montferrand Hall

Montferrand Hall is a loft in Saint Petersburg on Arsenalnaya Embankment, on the territory of the Arsenal plant, a five-minute walk from Ploshchad Lenina metro. A space with historic vaults, red brick and Japanese black stone, varied textures of flooring and a separate lounge area: the industrial character here combines with an intimate, almost club-like atmosphere.

The hall occupies 188 m². Banquet — up to 70 guests, buffet and theatre seating — up to 90. The kitchen is own, at LOFT HALL: the menu is selected individually, with about 1,500 items across the network, tasting before the event is free, no corkage fee. The territory is closed, with parking and security.

The venue is suitable for corporate events of an intimate scale: banquets, buffets, conferences and ceremonies with theatre seating. It is convenient because guests can be hosted entirely in one hall, while the lounge area provides space for informal communication separately from the main program.
