About the venue

Not Bad Loft at Griboyedova 1 is a stylish 120-square-meter hall with its own balcony overlooking the canal. The interior is designer: a bar counter, lounge areas with sofas, a veranda — the atmosphere suits both a lively party and unhurried conversation. Ceilings are three meters high, so it won't feel cramped even with full seating.

The main hall easily adapts to different formats: seated banquet for up to 30 guests, buffet for up to 80 people. There is a flipchart for business sessions, lighting for photo and video, music equipment and karaoke. The event can be organized turnkey — from a bartender and host to a DJ and decor. A particular highlight is the bar counter and the option to bring your own bartender.

For corporate events the venue is convenient in every way: catering is provided, but you can bring your own food and drinks, and there is a microwave and refrigerator. Noise is allowed after 23:00 — the neighbors won't disturb you. The entrance is separate, parking is nearby, and the balcony overlooking the canal makes a great photo backdrop. It suits a conference, a banquet and a party alike.
