About the venue

"Madrid – Berlin" is the most spacious conference hall of the four-star Novotel Saint Petersburg Centre on Mayakovskogo Street. The hotel stands on a quiet street a hundred meters from Nevsky Prospekt and a few minutes' walk from Moskovsky Railway Station and the metro stations "Ploshchad Vosstaniya" and "Mayakovskaya".

The hall on the second floor is assembled from two halls of 50 m² each and in combined form occupies 100 m² (7.2 × 14.1 m), ceilings — 2.5 m. In theater seating it accommodates up to 100 people, classroom — 50, U-shape — 40, banquet is set for 50 guests. Windows provide daylight, and the rental already includes a screen, flipchart and water for participants. An identical twin hall on the floor is "Saint Petersburg – Paris".

The format is convenient for seminars, trainings, industry meetings and business lunches, especially when participants arrive on the Sapsan. In front of the halls — a conference foyer for coffee breaks, lunch and dinner are served at the Green restaurant. The hotel has 233 rooms, free parking is available for guests.
