About the venue

Grey at Rubin Loft is a 103-square-meter banquet hall with four-meter ceilings and large windows that flood the room with light. At first glance the space seems strict and restrained, but look closer and bold accents appear: neon, sofas and a stage. The atmosphere invites freedom of self-expression and a light mood.

The hall accommodates up to 50 guests, with banquet tables comfortably seating 40 people. There is a stage, separate areas for the DJ and bartender, and soft sofas along the wall. The equipment covers almost any evening scenario: professional sound, karaoke, a large screen for movies, board games, and a game console. You can make noise here even after 11:00 PM — the neighbors won't be a problem.

The venue is ideal for a corporate event, banquet, conference or party: the format easily adapts to the task. Catering is provided, but you can bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol — which noticeably simplifies the budget. Guests will appreciate their own entrance, parking and no noise restrictions.
