Rubin Loft — Black

“Black” at Rubin Loft is a dark-minimalist hall where black walls and soft neon sit alongside living greenery. Big windows let in plenty of light by day and a view of the Gulf of Finland, and in the evening the space turns into an atmospheric place for a celebration. Sofas along the wall, a bar counter and a separate area for the DJ and bartender create the feel of a club rather than an office meeting room.

The area is 93 square meters, with 4-meter ceilings. In banquet format the hall seats up to 65 guests, and for more intimate seating there are soft sofas and a bar area. Equipment includes professional surround sound, a large screen, karaoke, board games and a game console on request. There is an extractor hood and a split air conditioner, tableware for every guest and cleaning after the event.

The venue is well suited for corporate events, banquets, parties, and birthdays: you can make noise after 23:00 and even around the clock, and the entrance is convenient for guests with equipment and catering. Food — outside catering or your own food and drinks, alcohol can also be brought in. There is parking for guests with cars, and the space itself easily transforms for a conference, banquet, or dance evening.
