Sevkabel Port — Tsekh, 1st floor

The first floor of the former cable factory at Sevkabel Port is a huge industrial space where the character of real production is felt: concrete, metal, scale. It's easy to breathe and sound here: nine-meter ceilings and three thousand square meters give freedom for the boldest scenarios. The atmosphere is honest and powerful, without decorative tinsel, but with texture that works for the event itself and looks great in photos and videos.

The hall is versatile: a banquet for up to 3000 guests, a concert or party — up to 5000, a conference, lecture, or buffet — also with plenty of room to spare. There is air conditioning, lighting for filming, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and on-site help is available to organize everything turnkey. Adjacent spaces — the second floor, the embankment, and neighboring venues — allow you to expand the event area if there are more guests than expected.

The format is suitable for large corporate events, banquets, conferences, and parties — including noisy ones: you can make noise here even after 23:00. Catering is provided, but you can bring your own food and alcohol, and a bartender is on site. The entrance is convenient, the territory is private, and the embankment with a view of the Gulf of Finland makes the event truly St. Petersburg-style.
