Sevkabel Port — UKT

UKT is a former cable workshop on the territory of Sevkabel Port: a 19th-century brick hangar with high ceilings and an industrial character. The space is alive and breathing, here it's easy to imagine both a noisy party and a strict conference — it all depends on how it's assembled. The gallery, stage, and hall allow the venue to be freely reshaped for the task.

Total area is 1500 m², with 4-meter ceilings. A banquet can seat up to 500 guests, and a concert or party hosts up to 2000 people. There is air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, a microwave and a fridge. The organization can be booked turnkey, and if needed, adjacent spaces of 200 or 500 m² with a separate entrance from Kozhevennaya Liniya can be added.

The format suits a wide variety: corporate events, banquets, conferences, presentations, parties. With catering it's flexible — catering works, there's its own kitchen, you can cook yourself or bring alcohol with you. Noise is allowed even after 23:00, so the evening won't have to be wrapped up early. Nearby is the embankment with a view of the Gulf of Finland, and the territory of Sevkabel Port itself is a dense event flow that adds atmosphere to any celebration.
