The Event Hall

The Event Hall is a huge space in the historic gas holder building on the Obvodny Canal. Inside, you feel the scale: 600 square meters and 15-meter ceilings create a sense of spaciousness that is equally suitable for a business conference and a noisy party. The enclosed territory with a separate outdoor area adds privacy, and the foyer allows guests not to crowd at the entrance.

There are several halls, and they can easily be transformed for different tasks. Banquet seating — up to 300 people, and in a concert or party format, the venue accommodates up to 800 guests. There is a stage with professional sound and lighting, configured also for photo and video shooting. The kitchen is in-house, catering is available, a bar with a bartender, and you can bring your own alcohol.

The venue shines most where you need it loud and long: there are no sound restrictions after 11 PM, so the party won't end abruptly. It's convenient for banquets, conferences, and concert programs — the space adapts to the scenario. Guests won't have to look for street parking: the area is enclosed, and the entrance is organized so that the crowd doesn't disturb neighbors or create a fuss.
