ARTBOX LOFT is a multifunctional hall on the second floor of a hotel complex, covering 93 square meters. The space, with three-meter ceilings and thoughtful zoning, easily changes its mood: there are sofa areas for relaxed conversation, a reception, and lighting that can be adjusted to the atmosphere you need. Gallery aesthetics blend with hotel comfort, so the venue looks equally at home as a business stage and as a space for a creative evening.

For seating, the hall holds up to 60 guests at banquet tables and up to 80 in theater style — up to 85 participants in total. Equipment includes a projector, a widescreen display, microphones with speakers, a flip chart and air conditioning, while the furniture and lighting options let you build the right configuration for your scenario. The adjoining hall suits buffets, coffee breaks and business lunches, so the main program and breaks can happen side by side without sending guests to different floors.

The range of events here is wide: seminars and trainings, strategy sessions, networking, intellectual meetups, master classes and exhibitions, corporate banquets and parties. For food you have a choice — order from the restaurant or cafe menu, bring in a catering service, or bring your own food; alcohol may be brought in with a corkage fee. Participants enjoy special hotel accommodation terms, which is convenient for multi-day programs. The venue is open from 08:00 to 22:00, and its location inside the hotel complex makes entry and logistics easier for guests.
