About the venue

LOFT HALL #7 — De la Mothe Hall is a loft in St. Petersburg, at 1 Arsenalnaya Embankment. The venue is located on the territory of the Arsenal plant, a five-minute walk from Ploshchad Lenina metro station. The territory is gated, with parking and security.

The space occupies 266 m² and includes the Cameron Hall welcome area. The hall also operates as a standalone venue: it accommodates up to 140 guests for a banquet, up to 350 for a buffet, and up to 160 in theater seating. The features are arches and large windows. The cuisine is in-house, by LOFT HALL: the menu is selected individually, with 1,500 items in the network; a free tasting is held before the event, and no corkage fee is charged.

Formats — banquet, buffet, and theater seating, so the venue is suitable for both business and informal corporate events. Daylight from the large windows and the brick texture make the space appropriate for both presentations and celebrations. It is convenient for guests to get there: the metro is nearby, and the gated territory with parking and security solves the issue of arriving by car.
