LOFT HALL #7 — Heartside Hall

LOFT HALL #7 — Heartside Hall is located in Saint Petersburg, on Arsenalnaya Embankment, on the territory of the Arsenal plant — just a five-minute walk from the Ploshchad Lenina metro station. This is an intimate 120 m² loft with a high vaulted ceiling, vintage wooden floor, and 18th-century walls softly illuminated by architectural lighting. The decor features exposed brick, wood, and metal, creating an atmosphere that is both historical and industrial.

The hall holds up to 40 guests at a banquet, up to 60 at a buffet and up to 70 in theater seating. The venue has its own LOFT HALL kitchen: menus are selected individually, there are about 1,500 items across the chain, tasting before the event is free, and there is no corkage fee. The grounds are closed, with parking and security.

Heartside Hall suits intimate corporate events: banquets, buffets, presentations, team meetings and ceremonies with theater seating. Its small footprint and well-thought-out logistics — the metro nearby, parking on a closed territory — make the venue practical for events of up to 70 people.
