About the venue

LOFT HALL #7 — Void Hall is located in St. Petersburg, on Arsenalnaya Embankment, on the territory of the Arsenal Plant, a five-minute walk from Ploshchad Lenina metro station. This is a welcome space of 400 m² with six-meter ceilings and its own veranda behind stained-glass windows. The atmosphere is set by restored historic brickwork and French parquet.

The hall accommodates up to 400 guests, but only in buffet format — banquet seating is not provided here. Inside there is a 15-meter bar counter in vintage wooden panels. The kitchen is own: the menu is selected individually, with about 1,500 items in the network, a free tasting is held before the event, and no corkage fee is charged. The territory is gated, with parking and security.

For corporate events, the venue is convenient because it accommodates large flows of guests in buffet and reception format — from welcome zones to parties for several hundred people. A separate veranda adds air to the space, while the proximity to the metro and gated parking simplify logistics for guests.
