Cassia Loft is a venue on the territory of a yacht club on Krestovsky Island, in one of the most picturesque corners of Yuzhnaya doroga. Its main highlight is the spacious open terrace: in the warm season, you can hold a full-fledged outdoor event here, and if the weather decides to spoil, guests can always take shelter inside. The interior is bright and airy, with large windows, a separate entrance, and a bar counter, so the atmosphere is relaxed and at the same time elegant.

The area is 120 square meters, with ceilings 2.5 meters high. It can accommodate up to 60 people, with banquet seating for 20 guests. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, and a mini-kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. The venue's team handles turnkey organization, so all technical and household matters can be managed by a single contractor.

For corporate events, this place is universally suitable: for an intimate banquet, a party, or a conference with coffee breaks. Catering can be brought in or your own, and alcohol can also be brought. Noise is allowed even after 11:00 PM, so the evening won't have to be cut short by a call.
