SPB LOFTS — Brosko Loft

BROSKO LOFT is a ground-floor space with a separate entrance, no stairs and no confusing corridors. Inside are high five-meter ceilings, a bar counter, sofas, a stage and light and music effects. The atmosphere is more club than office: soft lighting, music, hookahs. The embankment is just a couple of minutes' walk away, so you can continue the evening with a stroll by the water.

The area is 120 sq. m. 45 people sit comfortably at a banquet table, and up to 60 fit in a buffet format. Everything for business meetings and celebrations is here: flipchart, air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, karaoke, a microwave and a fridge. Catering can be ordered on site, or you can bring your own food and drinks — a bartender works behind the bar.

The venue is suitable for a corporate event, a conference, and a party alike: you can make noise after 23:00 here, and no one will ask you to turn the sound down. A separate entrance simplifies logistics and greeting guests, while turnkey organization takes unnecessary hassle off the client's shoulders. It's convenient that the format can easily change — from negotiations at a flipchart to dancing by the stage.
