Uno Event — Island loft

On Vasilievsky Island, within the Docklands apart-hotel, you'll find Island Loft by Uno Event — an intimate venue of 120 square meters with four-meter ceilings and panoramic windows. The interior is done in wabi-sabi style: designer furniture, sofas, a bar counter — all restrained and tasteful, unpretentious yet with a feeling of premium calm.

The space is smartly zoned: cloakroom, banquet area, bar, lounge, mini-kitchen, dressing room and two restrooms — nothing gets in the way of anything else. Banquet seating comfortably fits up to 20 guests, and a buffet holds up to 60 people. There is a flipchart, air conditioning, a projector and professional sound, so giving a presentation and throwing a dance party are equally easy.

A wide variety of formats work: a corporate event, conference, party or an intimate dinner. The kitchen is entirely at your disposal — cook yourself, order catering or bring your own food and alcohol. You can make noise even after 23:00, and nobody will ask you to turn the music down. A separate entrance, private parking and an administrator with cleaning are already included — all that is left is to choose the occasion.
