About the speaker

A patient evaluates a medical organization not only by the accuracy of the diagnosis. Their attitude is influenced by expectation, tone of communication, clarity of explanations and the willingness of staff to help. If service depends on a particular person and standards do not work in daily practice, Vera Kobzeva will help build a patient-oriented approach.

Vera Kobzeva is a trainer, coach and facilitator, an expert in patient-oriented care and medical service. For over 20 years she has worked with polyclinics, hospitals, medical centers and holdings in Moscow and throughout Russia. Vera is a member of the Russian Association of Facilitators and a speaker at Facilitation Week 2023 with the topic 'Facilitation in Medicine'.

The audience will explore how to develop a culture of medical service, build ethical communication with patients and implement clear standards for all levels of staff — from managers and doctors to nurses and front-line employees. The program may include a service audit, development of patient-oriented care and skills of an effective manager.

Vera conducts trainings, facilitation, master classes and presentations, and moderates team and strategy sessions. The presentation is available in Moscow, with travel to other cities and online. The format and content are adapted to the medical organization, its objectives and the composition of participants.
