About the venue

Khvoya Loft is a bright 130-square-meter space with five-meter ceilings and large windows that let daylight pour in. Inside are soft sofas, atmospheric details and a sense of freedom: it is easy to breathe here and you do not want to leave. The setting suits both a lively party and a quiet evening with colleagues.

The venue can be configured for different tasks: banquet seating up to 24 people, theater up to 50, and a maximum of 70 guests. There is a projector for presentations and screens, a microwave and refrigerator for your own supplies. There are no noise restrictions after 23:00 — music and conversation won't disturb anyone.

The format suits a corporate party, banquet, conference or party. The kitchen is flexible: you can order catering, cook yourselves or bring food and drinks — alcohol is allowed too. The entrance is convenient, parking is nearby, and the atmosphere makes the event lively rather than formal.
