There is professional sound, concert lighting, two dressing rooms, a separate restroom with a shower for artists, and two restrooms for guests. The space also works for a conference or presentation — thanks to the stage and technical equipment.

The format here can be anything: corporate event, banquet, party, concert, performance, ball, conference. You can make noise after 23:00 — neighbors won’t interfere. Catering provides food, but you can bring your own, including alcohol. There is a microwave and a refrigerator, so food logistics are simple. Parking and a convenient entrance — separate, which is important when there are many guests and you want to avoid a crowd at the entrance.
