SPB LOFTS — White Loft

WHITE LOFT is a bright 135 m² space with five-meter ceilings and huge windows overlooking the Gulf of Finland. It is easy to breathe here: plenty of air, natural light and room, while concert lighting and light-and-music effects add dynamism to the atmosphere. A bar counter, sofas and soft seating areas make the hall feel like a stylish city living room, where champagne at sunset and dancing until morning are equally at home.

The venue holds up to 70 people, 30 guests sit comfortably at banquet tables, and there is noticeably more room for a buffet or cocktail reception. The equipment includes a flipchart, professional lighting for photo and video, a microwave and a refrigerator. You can have the organization done turnkey, or bring your own: for food, either catering or your own drinks and treats work, a bartender runs the bar, and you may also bring your own alcohol.

The format can be just about anything: a corporate event, banquet, conference, party, or birthday. The main advantage is that you can make noise after 23:00, so the event won't have to be wrapped up at the drop of a hat. The entrance is convenient for guests and contractors, there's parking available, and the panoramic windows and thoughtful lighting turn any celebration into beautiful footage without extra decorations.
