At the Height

The "On the Heights" venue is a twentieth-floor rooftop with a panorama of the city and Udelny Park. The atmosphere is set by open air, sunsets and a sense of space: guests settle on sofas, with a terrace with a fireplace, a pool and a bathhouse complex with a plunge pool and jacuzzi nearby. The marquee and veranda format lets you shelter from the whims of the weather without losing the view.

The 230-square-meter space holds up to 70 people, with banquet seating for 60 guests. Equipment includes a stage, large windows, a TV, karaoke, sofas, a shower and hookahs. You can take the organization turnkey and choose food from the restaurant or cafe menu, order catering, or bring your own. The bar is staffed by a bartender, and your own alcohol is allowed with corkage.

This venue works well for corporate events, banquets, conferences and parties: you can make noise here even after 23:00, which is rare for the city. Different scenarios work, from a business day to a relaxed evening with a banya. Guests should know: the entrance is through the building, there is parking nearby, and the food and drinks adapt flexibly to the event format.
