About the venue

A white loft on Vasilievsky Island, on the grounds of Sevkabel, with panoramic windows and a view of the Gulf of Finland. The spacious, bright 150-square-meter hall with six-meter ceilings easily adapts to any mood — from an intimate dinner to a lively party. Separate zones are built in: a dance floor, lounge, chill zone, bar counter and photo zone, so guests do not crowd in one place.

The hall holds up to 70 people, with 40 guests seated comfortably at banquet tables. There is plenty of space for parties and receptions. There is professional lighting for photo and video, a projector, karaoke, sound and a light-and-music system. A bartender is on duty, and you can bring your own spirits. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave and tableware for 30 people; you can cook yourselves, order catering or bring your own food.

The venue is equally good for a corporate event, banquet, conference, presentation, birthday or graduation. You can make noise here even after 23:00 — no one will mind. It is convenient for guests: a private restroom, blackout curtains on the windows, free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. The entrance is separate, with no corkage fee, and the celebration can be organized turnkey.
