SPB LOFTS — Bereg loft

BEREG LOFT is a bright 150 sq. m space with five-meter ceilings and a separate ground-floor entrance. Panoramic windows face the Gulf of Finland embankment, so even an ordinary corporate party gets a sea backdrop and a sense of space. The designer renovation already sets the mood, and the bar counter and karaoke add drive to the evening.

The hall transforms easily for any scenario: banquet seating for up to 30 guests, buffet for up to 60 people. For conferences and presentations there is projection equipment and lighting that gives photo and video without overexposure. Air conditioning helps even at the height of summer, and you can make noise here after 23:00 without the neighbors complaining.

The venue is great for corporate evenings, anniversaries, team buildings and parties. You can order catering from partners or bring your own — there is a refrigerator and a microwave on site, and alcohol is also allowed. Guests benefit from a separate entrance, a coat check, restrooms and nearby parking. The team handles turnkey organization.
