About the venue

A space with panoramic windows and a view of the Gulf of Finland at Sevkabel Port — bright, with soft shades in the interior and a minimalist design that easily adapts to any concept. Five meters to the ceiling gives a sense of air, and the nearby embankment lets you combine the celebration with a walk by the water and beautiful sunset shots.

The 130-square-meter hall seats up to 50 guests — both at banquet tables and in theater-style seating. It has a bar counter, stage, lounge area, cloakroom and separate entrance. Equipment includes air conditioning, photo and video lighting, a light-and-music system, music and multimedia equipment, a microwave and a refrigerator. We can organize everything turnkey.

The venue suits corporate events, New Year parties, banquets and buffets, presentations and parties. Catering — your own caterer or food brought with you, a bartender works behind the bar counter, and you can bring alcohol too. Noise is allowed after 23:00, so dancing and toasts will not bother anyone.
