About the artist

The Chinese delegation is already in the meeting room, and the speaker talks without pauses, and every word must reach the other side without loss. At such meetings, an interpreter is not an ornament of the program, but the one on whom it depends whether the parties understand each other.

Andrey Belyakov is a simultaneous interpreter of Chinese, also works with English. In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Department of Oriental Studies of Novosibirsk State University, in 2006 — full-time postgraduate studies at the Institute of the Far East in Moscow, Candidate of Historical Sciences. He studied simultaneous interpretation in Professor Li Yingnan's group at the Institute of Russian Language of Beijing Foreign Studies University (2008–2009) and individually with Liu Zheng (2010–2011). He has been translating since 2008 and holds a professional interpreter certificate from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He has a background in linguistic support for negotiations between top officials and heads of Russian and Chinese agencies. On site, it looks calm: without fuss, without pauses that break the flow of the meeting, the speech goes simultaneously behind the speaker. In 2011, Andrey gave a lecture on simultaneous interpretation at the Russian Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University — that is, he can both explain the topic and translate.

Format of work — business events: negotiations, presentations, corporate parties with Chinese and English partners, New Year's parties for companies with international teams, anniversaries with foreign guests. Leave your number — we will check available dates and quote the fee.
