About the artist

An international conference, and half the room is taking off their headsets: the interpreter is getting lost in the terminology, the Italian partners are asking for the third time, and the presentation is stalling. Sound familiar? These are exactly the meetings where it's decided whether the parties will understand each other the first time.

Roman Yasevich is an oral interpreter with Polish, Italian, and English languages. He works in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, as well as in whispering — when you need to quietly interpret the course of negotiations right in the room. He has 16 years of practice and 18 years of teaching foreign languages. Specialization — business and economics: negotiations, business meetings, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and cultural events, with experience in technical translation.

On site, it looks like this: participants speak at their own pace, and the meaning reaches the interlocutor without loss — including industry terms and figures. In whispering mode, Roman interprets remarks directly during negotiations, without interrupting the conversation or making the parties wait. As a teacher of business and conversational Polish, he knows where ambiguity lies in the interlocutor's speech and removes it before it becomes a problem.

Based in Moscow, travels on business trips across Russia, the CIS and abroad. Formats — a corporate event with foreign guests, a company anniversary, a presentation, a New Year's evening with international partners, as well as conferences and exhibitions.
