About the artist

The Latin American delegation is already in the meeting room, and the partner's speaker is speaking Spanish without pauses. No Google Translate can capture the nuances, and the client needs each party to hear exactly what the other said.

Victoria Voloshina is an oral interpreter with English and Spanish. She graduated from MSLU with honors in 2005, and in 2010–2011 completed a one-year simultaneous interpreting course at the MSLU Faculty of Translation and Interpreting. From 2006 to 2010 she lived and worked as an interpreter in Latin American countries, and has been freelancing since 2010. She works simultaneously — in a booth, with whispering, remotely — and consecutively, paired with Veronika Belousova.

Her experience includes negotiations between Gazprombank and Gazprom Neft with travel support, the visit of the President of Equatorial Guinea to Moscow, work for the Federation Council during visits of Latin American delegations, the XIV World Athletics Championships, the XXII Olympic Games in Sochi, and the Russian-Argentine Business Forum. On site, it looks calm: she maintains terminology, does not interrupt the speaker, and does not lose the thread even when the pace of speech accelerates.

Based in Moscow. Formats — corporate events with international guests, company anniversaries, partner presentations, New Year's evenings with international delegations. Leave your number — we'll check available dates and quote the fee.
