Zhanna Ustemirova has been working with English and Russian in both directions, simultaneously and consecutively, professionally — since 1998. She has over 250 interpretation projects under her belt: international projects, negotiations, conferences, seminars, forums, and trainings. She has experience working in Kazakhstan and abroad, including accompanying delegations and interpreting at off-site events.

On site, her task is to make the participants stop noticing the interpretation. The speaker's pace, industry terms, jokes in the room, and remarks from the presidium — Zhanna keeps it all in one flow: the delegation hears the meaning immediately, without pauses for "could you clarify, please." This is especially important when the agenda includes negotiations with foreign partners and every wording is discussed here and now.
