Corporate event on Power Engineer's Day

Annual conference for IT specialists from "Raiffeisenbank" at "Expocenter". Our team took on the full cycle of organizing the event: from developing the branding concept of the venue to hosting a Gala dinner.

From November 5th to 7th, 2019, the team of the event agency "Aventura" participated in organizing a large-scale and very important event for all of Russia - The XVI Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan...

Implemented an annual program for taking care of employees and their families. A comprehensive approach combined a healthy lifestyle, children's activities, and eco-master classes. The final lottery with active prizes brought together all participants and reinforced the brand's values.

Our goal was to create an event that would be a bright spot in the corporate life of "Rostelecom" and increase employee loyalty. We developed a dynamic corporate Spartakiad where each participant had the opportunity to show themselves and feel the support of colleagues.

A combined event for clients: an official part at the dealer center with a presentation of equipment and an informal continuation at the restaurant "Riga-Moscow" with a culinary show and karaoke.

Developed the "Gazpromneft-Regional Sales" stand for the event and decorated the venue with banners featuring the company's logo. Catering was organized for the pavilion guests, along with BTL activities with hostesses and branded merchandise.

Organized a jubilee "Field Day" for the company "Agroexpert Group." The event coincided with the company's 20th anniversary, so we combined the business program with a celebration. Guests were welcomed with a welcome zone, an official part with awards, and a unique field master class at the finale.

Held events for 80+ employees of Gazpromneft Catalytic Systems. The program included competitions for completing a tourist obstacle course, sports orienteering, and much more.

Held an annual celebration for the residents on the main square of Volkhov city, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the company "PhosAgro." The large-scale celebration took place on 2 stages and concluded in the evening with performances by headliners Igor Kornelyuk and Niletto.

Organized the largest industry conference dedicated to the production and application of bituminous materials in road construction in Russia. The Event-2018 brought together over 450 key market players: representatives of federal authorities, leading contracting and design organizations, as well as bitumen and PMB producers. We created a platform for direct dialogue between regulators and businesses, setting the vector for industry development.
